This pillar of the HEALS Academy is dedicated to strengthening teaching and mentoring excellence through meaningful, practical professional development for educators, clinical preceptors, and staff across Rutgers Health and its partners.
We will offer tailored workshops, applied learning experiences, and just-in-time resources designed to support individuals at all career stage, levels of expertise, and in diverse roles. By fostering communities of practice and sharing promising approaches across units, the Academy promotes continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation in education.
