Staff Mentoring and Professional Development
This space is designed specifically for the professionals who work closest to our students. Whether you advise, coordinate, enroll, support, or mentor learners, your role is essential to student success and to the mission of Rutgers HEALS.
Goals and Objectives:
- To engage student-facing staff and build relationships among the RH community
- To foster professional development for all student-facing staff
- Develop a HUB (Helping Us Blossom) with general access, as well as specific focus for entry-, mid-career, and senior-level staff
- Develop Learning Communities by function (Roadshows)
